The professor for this one-of-a-kind seminar course is Dr. Skip Moen. Few men in America are as well qualified to teach on this subject.  Dr. Arthur J. "Skip" Moen, is the Academic Dean, and Founding Dean of the Department of Biblical Leadership at Master's International School of Divinity. From 1969-1970, Skip (as he prefers to be called), lived with and studied under Dr. Francis Schaeffer at the famous L'Abri in Switzerland. There he met, worked and learned along side such men as Dr. Os Guinness who later became a fellow Oxford graduate.
