Welcome to this course.   We hope and pray that it will be a blessing to you personally, and that as you apply, share, and teach what you will learn in this course, you will be an even greater blessing to others.  Please read carefully all of the information given below.  Then, as you begin your course, expect new insights and answers from God's Word that you have never before known!

Instructions to Guide You in This Study

1.   Begin your study by having prayer.  You need to understand what the Bible teaches.  God has promised to help you, and God keeps his promises.  As you pray, you can thank God that He will help you understand.  Pray with faith.   Put John 16:13 to the test!

2.  First, clicking HERE will get you to the online textbook (THE BIBLE FACT OR FICTION) that you are required to read.  Read the online textbook the first time only skimming for the major ideas . This will help you to initially focus on the various aspects of the Subject you are studying.

3.  Now, go back and read the textbook very carefully.  As you read, key into a notepad or word-doc any thoughts that you want to add.

4. Next, write out your own personal affirmation of how you came to accept the Bible as the inerrant Word of God.

5.  If the Bible is indeed the Inerrant Guide for all of mankind, then it must be considered as the "Handbook for the Human Mind."  Write out a list of not less than twelve (12) areas of life where the Bible gives clear guidance (counsel) on these issues.  For example:  marriage, divorce, the use of money, dealing with anger, confronting someone with whom you may have strong disagreements, etc.  Be sure to list a number of the actual Scripture references dealing with the issues you have chosen.

6.  Meditate!  Continue to think about what the Bible teaches. Memorizing some of the key verses will produce valuable results.

7.  Never lose faith in the Bible as God's inerrant Word to you personally.  With God's help you can be a faithful and effective Christian witness and worker.

Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth
not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth
