About Bright Beginnings Christian Child Care's Ministry Bright Beginnings is a 501 (C) (3) Not-for-Profit ministry of Christian Education Enterprises, Inc. (C.E.E., Inc.). C.E.E., Inc. is home-based in Evansville, Indiana with a global ministry encompassing a wide range of educational interests. It is the mission and purpose of Bright Beginnings to provide warm and nurturing day care and preschool programs to children from all backgrounds in an environment that is Christian-based, and in doing so, to help the children obtain the brightest possible beginning in life. Therefore, the administration and staff of Bright Beginnings are partners together with families and God in early childhood training.
